ACE Tech Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ACE Tech Academy content platform, including automation tools that publish content to social media platforms on behalf of our own accounts (including the accounts operated under the handle "@aceandpwn"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

When our application connects to third-party platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram) using their official developer APIs, we may collect and process:

• Basic account profile information (such as display name, username, and profile picture) obtained through login authorization (e.g., TikTok Login Kit).
• Authorization tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) required to publish content to the connected account, stored securely and used only for that purpose.
• Content metadata related to videos we publish (captions, titles, publish status, and links to published posts).

If you contact us directly (through our contact form or by email) or subscribe to our newsletter, we also collect the name, email address, and any message content you voluntarily provide.

We do not collect information from the general public, viewers, or any third-party TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram users beyond the account(s) we directly operate and authorize, and beyond visitors who voluntarily contact us or subscribe.

How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to:

• Authenticate and publish video content to our own connected social media accounts on our behalf.
• Track publishing status and maintain an internal record of published content.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the reliability of our publishing automation.
• Respond to messages sent through our contact form and send newsletter updates to subscribers who opt in.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any collected information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Information is only transmitted to the platform APIs (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) required to publish the content, and to our own internal automation infrastructure.

Data Retention

Authorization tokens and publishing records are retained only as long as necessary to operate our publishing automation, or until access is revoked by the account holder. Contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are retained until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You may revoke API access at any time through the relevant platform's account settings (e.g., TikTok's "Manage Apps" or "Connected Accounts" settings). You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. You may also contact us to request deletion of any stored authorization data, contact submissions, or newsletter information.
